Ivan and Tony made my experience so…
Ivan and Tony made my experience so seamless and ensured my event ran smoothly and even came to confirm everything went well. They were so accommodating and every car was so clean and nice with drivers who connected to the guests to arrange pick up which made my job much easier. While the app could use some work when making updates to bookings, they made up for it in spades with their stellar service.

Excellent, 5-Star Service! Will book again!
We used Bookinglane for the first time with four clients and they all raved about their car service. The drivers (Stas, Sagyn and Paulo) were extremely professional and friendly. The cars were reported to be very clean and the drivers knew their way around the city making for a very smooth ride. Ivan, the owner, is very responsive and provided assistance when needed. We will most definitely work with Bookinglane again!

Thank you for bringing your recent experience to our attention. We truly value the importance of punctuality and deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the delay. We would like to clarify that our driver's decision to change lanes was a precautionary measure to maintain safety, possibly in response to an unforeseen road situation. While prioritizing safety, we understand the impact this had on your schedule. Please rest assured, the Bookinglane team is dedicated to ensuring this does not happen again. We are reviewing our protocols and driver training programs to better balance safety with timely arrival. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve our services. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the reliable and safe transportation experience you expect from us. Thank you for choosing Bookinglane, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.
