Regarding the app, pickup times can't be adjusted within 4 hours of the scheduled time — but you can always reach out to us directly and we'll gladly make the change for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Running late and not assisting with your toddler's booster seat both fell short of the service you deserve. We're going to investigate why the driver was late and follow up with him directly so this doesn't happen again. We appreciate your patience and hope to make it up to you.

Our chauffeurs are committed to arriving early as part of our professional standards, which is why the third chauffeur arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up and reached out to the passenger via text immediately. Unfortunately, they received no response and had difficulty reaching you on the contact number provided, which appears to have been different from the one you used to reach dispatch. Our dispatcher was also attempting to locate the third chauffeur at that time to ensure timely service. Regarding vehicle preferences, we aim to meet specific requests, though in rare situations adjustments may be made based on availability. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations and for any inconvenience caused by these adjustments. We understand your comments about communication preferences and are always exploring ways to enhance our response time and availability.
