Driver was very professional and stayed…
Driver was very professional and stayed in touch with me and communicated clearly around pickup. My only reason for not having 5 stars is the car seemed a bit old and not very luxurious given the price I paid. Competitors are cheaper and so I would have expected a somewhat nicer car for that price. However the driver was very good.

Expensive
Expensive. Didn’t like £40 charge for luggage help. Booking process was very good. Liked having tip included in price.

The driver was very sweet and kind
The driver was very sweet and kind. However in the past when we have booked and used Blacklane the drivers were dressed in suit coat and dress shirt and nice slacks. Professionally dressed. Our driver had a very nice car, but was in a t-shirt and jeans. The white crisp t-shirt was nice, but I was surprised by that and it turned me off a bit. That is the change between being owned by Uber and being independently owned by Blacklane.

Used you for a long distance ride…
Used you for a long distance ride service. First time I submitted no one responded and it just timed out. Second time worked ok. Contact was made and driver was on time and professional.
