Easy Process
The whole process was easy and the free shipping labels are appreciated. Some companies take a little longer to pay out, that’s why i gave it 4 stars. But overall a great experience and i highly recommend!

Works Great!
I just finished nursing school, and was looking for a way to get rid of so many books I no longer needed. BookDeal.com made everything super easy and I got paid what I got quoted! No "hidden fees" or "extra taxes". Love this site!

They told me my materials hadn't been…
They told me my materials hadn't been mailed when they clearly had. :( So I stressed and went back to the post office.
Response from BookDeal.comMay 13, 2023
Hello Christine, Thank for leaving a review about your recent experience, we're sorry that it's not in line with what you were expecting. You have made three deals with us. Your deals 266786537 and 266862068 were received and paid. However deal 266862051 was not paid because the package was not received. The tracking information (USPS 9449036106089746314183) shows no tracking history. Please keep in mind that we are unable to issue payments before your books have arrived. If you shipped your books and no tracking information has been update it could be because your package is still at your local postal office. Please reach out to USPS office and ask them to locate your package and to ship it to the buyer. For any concerns or questions you can email [email protected], we will try our best to answer within 1 business days. Best, Andy S. BookDeal Support Team
