They stole my book and claimed "water damage". The book is used and very old. It is an old book with some wear, no water damage. Horrible. Then they keep your book or offer to ship it back but charge you. So essentially they steal your book.

Incredibly deceitful, and poorly run business. I reached out a few days after seeing they had received my shipment of books. They had given me confirmation that the shipment had been received, and that the processing would still take “up to 7 days”. More than two weeks later (after no updates), I reach out again, and am told the books were missing and to file a claim with the post office. This is AFTER the box (which—an “empty” 12 pound box should have been noted immediately upon receipt) had been sitting in their facility for more than 2 weeks. As far as I’m concerned, they have essentially stolen books and are turning them around to make a profit. Absolutely disgusting, and I highly recommend you work with another company.
