I never heard from one of the dealers…
I never heard from one of the dealers who had made me an offer. Even if they rejected the book for some reason, they should’ve contacted me.

One of the book buyers paid quickly; the other is non responsive.
One of the book buyers paid quickly. The other book buyer is still in limbo even though it was received by the book buyer over a week ago. I have contacted the book buyer and bookdeal.com 4 times and have received vague responses from the book buyer and no response from bookdeal.com. Very disappointing.

They told me my materials hadn't been…
They told me my materials hadn't been mailed when they clearly had. :( So I stressed and went back to the post office.

The tracking information (USPS 9449036106089746314183) shows no tracking history. Please keep in mind that we are unable to issue payments before your books have arrived. If you shipped your books and no tracking information has been update it could be because your package is still at your local postal office. payment took a very long time, unknown status for over a month
Book deal committed to pay me for my book in early September, the fourth I believe. It took nearly 6 weeks, multiple emails, to finally receive payment. The last email told me that the book was stuck somewhere and that I will have to go and figure it out for myself. That doesn’t sound much like Customer service!
