I'm not sure if I got paid yet.
I'm not sure if I got paid yet. The amount for each book seems low but what options do I have?

Don’t expect much
I’ve used other companies to sell before and never had to pay a premium price for a usps box ($5 each with tax) nor has “new” been considered “missing shrink wrap”. I cant even remember the last time I bought a new book that came shrink wrapped. To put in perspective, I took a 5 week Patho class, book was nearly $100, and I received $21.64; go with another company to sell. There were NO marks on the book.(This review has been updated with further detail after the reply below).

We do not charge customer for shipping their books, we provide a free shipping label that covers media mail shipment. We believe the customer may have been charged by the Postal Office. The postal service may charge a fee if customer uses an priority or expedite box, which our labels do not cover as these boxes are for a premium service. We state in our Packing Guidelines to not use this type of boxes. We are sorry that you had to pay for premium boxes, any other box would have worked for media mail. According to our buyer, your book was adjusted because the cover had some incisions and markings on the front cover. I got good deals on my books. However, my books were in very good condition, with no damage that goes against their rules, yet they did not pay me the full amount. They gave me no proof of damages that my books had, and decreased the price they were going to pay me.
