PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK INDEED
PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK INDEED! This is what you will be told if your car is vandalized or stolen at one of their contracted lots. I had to pay a $1,000 insurance deductible immediately after a vacation. Book2Park kindly passed the buck to the lot owner who began ignoring my calls after our initial conversation. Book2Park's final word to me today was PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK so I'm making sure potential customers understand that as well.

We are very sorry to hear about the vandalism to your vehicle and completely understand how upsetting that must have been. Please note that the parking facilities we partner with are secure and regularly monitored; however, incidents like theft or vandalism are unfortunately beyond anyone’s control and can happen even in well-secured areas. Because these are self-park lots, the industry standard — as clearly stated in all terms and posted signage — is “Park at Your Own Risk.” While neither Book2Park.com nor the parking lot owners can accept liability for such events, we always do our best to assist customers by contacting the lot management and helping provide any documentation needed for insurance purposes. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding of the limitations all parking providers face when it comes to unpredictable acts of vandalism. Sincerely, The Book2Park.com Team
