Difficult reservation process
I made a reservation online and received a printable receipt and two email receipts. All of them had different dates for arrival and departure and all of them were wrong. I called the phone number and was able to speak to someone, but she spoke limited English and the connection was poor and unprofessional. She called me back and told me that I would need to pay $38 more. This is much higher than the rate that I initially booked. This company seems like a scam.
