I'm beyond frustrated. After pouring an obscene amount of time and credits into Bolt.net, I still don’t have a working user registration and login flow — the most basic, bare-minimum feature of any platform worth its name. How is this even possible? You've launched a product that can’t do the fundamentals, and you're charging for it like it’s production-ready. It's not. It’s a half-baked, unstable mess that’s actively wasting people’s time and money. I came to Bolt for speed and simplicity. What I’ve gotten is a black hole for credits and a pile of broken promises. This platform is not fit for public use, and frankly, you should be embarrassed to be charging for it in its current state. I’m right on the edge of writing a public review calling this out in full detail. You’ve left me with a product that doesn't work, zero value for money, and a mounting sense of having been completely misled. Fix this. Or expect to see more users like me taking this public.

Long-time user (9-10 months full-time). They have had some issues recently, but overall my experience is that it is a great product. And I am building complicated apps with 20+ API connections, so not just web pages. I think they are a very young/new company and have serious teething issues around support and comms. I do not think the CEO is a natural-born customer communicator - he seems to prefer to pass it off to others unless it is a podcast or PR. The CEO should lead from the front on unhappy customers and product issues. I believe greater transparency would make a big difference. All in all, a fantastic product that only gets better each week. And I believe the company behind it will too.

I have developed some amazing products with the application. I am a developer, and a database guy. It has turned my development time into 10% of what it would have been. But - When they fall on their face they fall hard. The worst part is that when there is a problem they will not admit it. The interface stops, cannot get a response back, problems take weeks to resolve. I love the app, hate the support. At least if they would admit there was a problem and update their site accordingly that would be wonderful so you would know they were working on it. I'm on the $100/month plan and happily so because of the work I have been able to develop.

It's sad that something as simple as communication and transparency is going to tank this company. It had such potential with the easy integrations but when tokens expire if not used, and zero technical support. and major product bugs prevent you using the product its a lose lose.

Bolt, I’m speaking to you as an extremely disappointed customer. I chose your platform with great expectations, I created my site and, with no apparent reason, I suddenly found it deleted. I tried several times to restore it, but all that happened was seeing my tokens constantly being deducted, as if the only purpose was to push me toward more expensive plans instead of providing a stable and reliable service. It's unacceptable that after payment customers are completely ignored: I wrote to your support both by email and on Discord, but no one ever bothered to reply. Your customer service seems nonexistent, and I find it absolutely pointless for you to do so many YouTube lives to attract new users when then you leave old customers with no help at all – you take the money and abandon the client. I invested my time and trust in Bolt, but today I can only say your support is really disgraceful. If you keep neglecting us, be aware you won’t last long: the competition, which I know well, is light years ahead of you when it comes to support and solving problems. I wonder how safe it is to create an institutional or company site with Bolt, considering that when something goes wrong you are completely unreachable and no one takes responsibility for helping those who pay for protection and services. If you don’t change course, you will lose all trust: customers are the real pillar, not your promises made during live broadcasts.

For about the past week or so I’ve had issues with the preview not loading and I went to the discord several times to get help and I wrote a help form but the thing is I’m seeing a lot of other people send a help form and they are getting ignored. So it’s not just me. This has happened since the bolt v2 update but none of the devs are making any fixes right after something new just came out and these claims with how many less errors there are is just a lie. Disappointed and if they don’t step up there game then we got to find something else.
