Very frustrating, I tried to make an app with it, it will quickly create a first layout but then it becomes a nightmare, you burn tokens trying to guide it to fix it's own issues, every time it says it fixed something but it didn't, it will not do what you want it to do. Just waste of time, money and nerves

it's an endless pit of credits down the drain, just to get functionalty between a gmail and calender booking for a customer was over 15 million credits and it keeps on forgetting what it did before that its supposed to write in code so you keep going back to fix old errors and it sost a million here and a million there, very frustrating!

à fuir tous simplement, c'est une méga arnaque ce truc ! Il utilise des outils qui existe déjà et que tu peu utiliser pour une fraction de se que sa coute chez eux, genre tu va sur le site de Claude IA et tu t'abonne à 20€ par moi, et avec ça tu va pouvoir en faire des choses comparer à cette giga arnaque ! Leur système de crédits est le pire de tous se que j'ai vue, une simple recherche et pas 200k jeton en moins lol, 50 requête comme ça et tu a cramer une vingtaine d'€ alors que avec Claude IA tu aurais pus en faire beaucoup plus encore ! Un conseil aussi, évitez de prendre de la consommation de jeton à la volé, (genre API je crois), vous allez claquer une fortune, c'est très certainement ce que ce genre de site utilise ! Et ce partout, a moins que vous savez se que vous faites !

I have been emailing their customer support for days, and their so-called " SAM" AI agent told me that I would resort me to their human support. THEY NEVER DID. EMAILED THEM TWICE, and nothing happened. Not only did I lose my project midway and have to look for an extension, but wasted all my money! Such a terrible product!

When I came here to share my experience, I wasn't surprised to see that Bolt.new has a 1.5 star overall rating. Bolt.new's customer service is virtually non-existent. I had a billing issue where I was erroneously charged $216 by Bolt.new. I immediately sent an email and documentation to Bolt.new support and heard nothing but crickets. I sent a follow-up. Nothing. So I emailed the CEO of StackBlitz, who runs Bolt.new - Eric Simons. His response is the same as Bolt.new's support - nonexistent. I have never dealt with a company that is so careless about its customers and the customer experience. If you want to build a successful company, ALWAYS put the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE first. If a customer feels valued, he/she will be loyal and bring others into the fold. I'm now involving a third party to get my situation resolved and, if that doesn't work, will dispute the erroneous charge with my bank. I cannot, in good faith, recommend them. The reviews on Trustpilot speak volumes.

The tool itself is great and delivers strong UX at first, but as a paid user you quickly realize the setup is misleading. Tokens only roll over for one month, and only if you stay on a paid plan—there’s no option to downgrade without losing everything. The subscription model is extremely frustrating and heavily overpriced. I’ve had much better experiences with Orchids or Loveable. I do not recommend bolt.new

Free plan on any other vibe coding app is far better than premium on this app. Worst vibe coding app I used. Waste of time and money.

I love it and use it for my vibecoding sessions. If I run into problems I fix it with bolt or sometimes I need claude to help.
