Their website designer tool is so bad, that I ask myself, how they can survive with it. Sincerely, I think I go back to Wordpress and make widgets in case that crap works. The support is slow and even after 25 years of experience in IT, I can't understand why simple things like database replication can't work. Take care of your investment. This company is not delivering

I had a number of relatively complex questions regarding amends I'd made to a site using their website builder and the agent was actually able resolve them all. I wanted to leave a review as customer service on other sites is usually not actually helpful so this was both a pleasant surprise and a genuinely useful service.
