Business exposure
The way they give us a landing from our side as small tour operators. They are somehow affordable and giving the required exposure of our business.

Livechat was very helpful
Livechat was very helpful, and the telephonic communication also. Contact with support was very quick. As a tiny note, I would like a slightly better quality of the call, I could not hear very clear sometimes.

Incredible customer service
Very powerful tool. The UI can be complex and overwhelming, but they make up for it with incredible customer service, where customer service agents spend time to create personalized instructions for you to solve your issue. Great service!

Very good
It is great. New contacts with worldwone companies but it is obligatory to upgrade to Bokun pro. Some of my contracts are frozen. If there would be free of charge there would be more contracts and more bookings so more income for all. Adding obligatory upgrade may loose contacts and lots of new bookings.

Bokun platform is good
Bokun platform is good. We mainly use it as a booking management software. But marketplace contracts are useless tbh. Some don’t know to import products so you have to send all the information again to them. The fee is high as well. I feel Bókun should charge only for the features they use not the whole platform as a whole
