The system is quite rigid and admin tasks are set up in a way you have double handle things a lot, which wastes time and energy. This review is solely down to the fact that there is no straight forward way to pull consistent reports, it has taken me hours this evening trying to find a way to see what promo codes have been over the last 10 days for a specific activity so I can send these codes to a third party seller and claim our payment for them. I use Ventrata and Palisis and they both have great reporting features with no need to clunk around to get reports, Bokun has a terrbile set of standard reports and you practically need a degree to make your own customer report to get any real useful working data
