Boxes themselves are okay. My problem is that I tried to cancel my subscription a few months back, yet I'm still receiving boxes. As I am not at home when the Post Office attempts delivery, this cause problems - especially with neighbours who are getting sick of knocks on their doors asking to take the package on my behalf. Have contacted Bokksu twice on this matter, each time they assured me the subscription was cancelled. The last time I emailed, they suggested that the July box that was en route (I get a text msg when the box is posted) isn't actually from them and I'm confused. I'm just about to photograph the box (which is indeed an orange Bokksu box) and send a copy of the text (which is from Royal Mail saying I have a parcel arriving from Taing Danny, Japan) which will hopefully convince them to investigate why this is happening, rather than sending me rather terse emails.

I cannot get anyone to address my missing box. I have sent pictures of the billing/charges. All I was told was wait 48 hours and then I received a chat message about reading FAQ’s and thank you for subscribing. There is no customer service phone number and I am not sure the agents manning the chat line are really reading customer concerns instead of just replying with set responses. I cannot rate the product because I can’t get past the lack of customer service to get my box.

Hi, Just replying to your reply because I cannot get a hold of anyone at customer support and you stopped me from sending Facebook messages. I just found out that you told me I could not get a refund only to find out my order just shipped TODAY. Were you lying when you told me it could not be refunded? You are LIARS and you need to come up with a better customer service. There is NO DEACTIVATION BUTTON at all! You are telling people there are but it is not there. Why can I not get refunded if my box didn't even ship for over 5 days after I complained. Can someone please call me already? I have left my number in every single one of my emails to you people.

Everything came in melted. I contacted the company, but they not only didn't take any responsibility but also didn't provide any solution. This company is a scam, don't buy from them.
