Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

This is probably the best snack subscription service around. The snacks are always very good quality and carefully packed. The selection includes mostly artisanal snacks, which gives it a more "authentic" japanese feel, even though they sometimes send more common ones (like Pocky, Kit kat,etc.). The value for money is quite high, you're never left thinking you paid too much for a box, which is a very good thing with these kinds of services! Lastly, customer service is outstanding. Their rewards system is the best I've seen for snack subscriptions, and the customer service staff is very nice and helpful. The market section is well stocked and full of interesting things. If I had to say anything bad, it's that shipping for the market snacks is a bit pricy (starts at around 12$, no matter the weight, for standard shipping without tracking). This is were the rewards discounts come in handy, to help offset it. Overall, Bokksu is a company I can recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Only contacted them once directly but they were very friendly and answered my questions clearly and completely. They delivery so fast considering the distance and the variety of snacks they provide are always so tasty.

I signed up a 3 months subscription to Bokksu in April, and once I had the first box, I knew I'd be renewing it! Every month I get this beautifully prepared box sent to my home. There is a map showing you where in Japan each item comes from. There is a theme to every month. I love the range of sweet and savoury and I especially love the teas. I think I am pretty much hooked for life now :) Thank you Bokksu!

High quality products from Japan every month. Traditional snacks you definitely will not find outside Japan. The themed boxes has been a success in my circle of friends and when the rumors goes that I’ve received one, most of them want to try them out ^^.

Great selection of snacks, ships timely and very friendly customer service!

Wonderful products, high quality, genuine care and attention for the customer, fast shipping all-over the world

Treats are always tasty and original. Box arrives fast. Great gift for someone special or oneself.

I would highly recommend Bokksu for any one who wants to try sweet and savory snacks from Japan. The monthly box is all ways full of interesting any yummy treats to try, plus each box comes with tasting notes so you know what part of Japan the snack comes from and what it is made off, and you also have the option to buy your favourites in there online shop. Shipping is speedy and all queries are dealt with very quickly. I for one really look forward to my box each month.
