Very friendly people, fast respons as well. The order itself was wonderful, I love the products they have here, can't wait for my next box to arrive :) The selection of products in the is quite diverse so there's something for every moment really. Great service overall and the shipping to Belgium (Europe) went very smooth. Fast even I'd say considering the whole Covid-19 situation

I ordered a 3 month gift subscription for my daughter and she has loved it. She calls me every time she gets her box and we "open it" together. The boxes each have a different theme and the items are fresh and perfectly packaged. She just received her last box of the 3 and I will definitely give her another gift in the future. The customer service has been amazing; answering any questions I've had, sending emails with shipping and tracking Information, and keeping everyone updated on their covid response. The boxes come quickly after shipment and everything arrives fresh. I would highly recommend them.

I love Bokksu! I lived in Japan for a few years, and Bokksu always includes the kinds of snacks that I miss. Unlike other boxes, they focus more on unique or traditional treats. No item ever feels like "filler."

I was really missing Japan so I finally tried Bokksu’s Seasons of Japan box. It exceeded my expectations! I loved how much thought was put into curating this box, with items coming from the different regions of Japan. The snacks were all super tasty and high-quality. It was extra special knowing that by getting this box, I am helping local JapanesRead more about review stating Japan In A Boxe businesses. They came in a beautiful box, typical for Japanese gifts, with a brochure filled with information so you can appreciate the snacks more. Customer service is also A+, someone would always answer within a day or two. Made my experience better. Would definitely recommend! 😊

With everything going on right now, what fun it is to get a box full of snacks from Japan!! We make it a family night when we get the box and spend time reading about each treat and tasting it! And, for a house with picky eaters, to find yummy snacks that everyone likes is so great!! Each month they are a different theme and the booklet is fun and informative. Thank you so much, Bokksu, for bring a little light in this somewhat dark time!!

We have received three boxes thus far and have been very happy with each one. They are a bright spot in an otherwise bleak year thus far. The box is a pleasant reminder of our journies in Japan.
