Bokksu provides access to high quality, imported snacks from Japan. There are two pieces to this that should be considered: the quality and the origin. First, the quality of all the snacks is super high and most of the offerings are excellent to the point where I would buy them individually even given the high cost. Second, because the boxes ship from Japan, it can take quite a while for it to get to you. I was unlucky that I happened to order just as Covid was taking over the world and so my initial box never arrived, even after 3+ months. However, their customer support was excellent and responsive and sent me a new box free of charge. I just wish tracking was available on their packages by default.

They always try their best and have a great service and love the sun box ! The only thing I would change is if I’m the subscription box would be a cold drink instead of tea like always

I loved it! I had received the December 2019 classic Bokksu along with a tasting box and the experience was simply amazing! The taste was great and the snacks got over in no time! I have now developed a major craving for all snacks Japanese and will definitely rely on Bokksu for this. I would like to mention that the quantity is a little less compared to the cost, but I suppose that since they're giving free shipping, it is understandable why that is so. All in all, my Bokksu experience was a very happy one and one should definitely give it a try. Have a nice day!

This is very inspiring for any child, lots of different tastes and an adventure into a new country. It's brilliant for kids learning Japanese at school - my daughter was able to read most items to me - and I'd encourage anyone to at least give a six month trial a go.

Very nice if you get them delivered! I subscribed for a 3 month option around 4 months ago and only received 1 box. I enjoyed the products, packaging, information leaflet, very tastefully made and I wouldn't hesitate to continue however, my packages are lost. Even though Bokksu gives replacement boxes I am not sure if they will ever reach me. I find it weird there is no shipment tracking system even cheaper subscription boxes have this.

Very nice selection of snacks from Japan! I was really pleased with the Bokksu experience and would gladly subscribe for more if it was a bit cheaper. Overall, the products are of good quality, packed with care and can satisfy any Asian food enthusiast.

Bokksu is the best subscription service I have used for treats from Japan. The only drawback is that I am allergic to shellfish and some of the items do contain them. That being said, my friends who aren't allergic enjoy those treats for me instead.
