Extremely poor customer service. They take no responsibility for your not receiving what you've ordered and paid for, they don't answer questions, and heaven forbid someone would take responsibility and apologize. Buy your Japanese snacks at a different vendor. Not here.

Exorbitant prices for 6 cheap snacks with 2 or 3 of each to artificially fill the allotted space. Very little assortment, mostly chip type snacks. Wasn't impressed in comparison to other services.
