I love my treat boxes! Big surprise of flavors!

Received two boxes so far and I must say that we are quite impressed with the quality and variety of snacks in the boxes. Although not all the snacks may be to our taste, it is interesting to see the origin of the snacks from the different regions and themes. Bear in mind that you are not only paying for the snacks itself, but also the efforts of the Bokksu team who have painstakingly curated the items and information of these snacks into a little booklet in each box. Would recommend if you are someone with an open mind looking forward to something new and interesting every month. It would be good to have 2 of every item (especially for the smaller ones/drink items) so that it is easier to share.

The Boxes themselves are already discussed a lot, so just the quint essence: It is like going to little, unique stores in comparison to shopping at a supermarket- some people are out for exactly this, some will prefer more mainstream tastes- and there is nothing wrong with either choice. For the first preference, Bokksu will be a great choice. Additional to the snacks themselves you get a box each month (I just love boxes!) And a great customer service. Like, literally great. So I recommend you'll take a 3 month discription and see for yourself if (unique) Japanese snacks do it for you.

Really top notch snacks! Was debating between getting this box subscription or another one that had other countries included, but had more mainstream snacks...I think I made a great choice! I've gotten two Bokksu boxes so far and there's been a wide variety of flavors and styles in each box, so I feel like I'm getting an opportunity to try a lot of different foods. It's not the cheapest subscription box, but you definitely get what you pay for and I don't feel like I'm just getting a box filled with Pocky every month...there's actually some thought that goes into the snacks. The snack bios and the themed boxes each month are great too!

I enjoy receiving these boxes monthly. I've received two already and one more is on its way. There's a nice assortment of sweet and salty snacks. I wish some of the snacks were a little larger then two bites though. All the snacks are very grown up. Kids may not like it.

The variety of snacks, the high quality flavors, the beautiful packaging, and the booklet with stories for each snack make each box an adventure. While we cannot travel to Japan right now, this box is the next best thing. Highly recommend

Bokksu snacks are TERRIFIC. Delicious snacks in beautiful packaging. What a treat to have such high quality snacks to enjoy.
