I am going on my third box now, I grew up in Japan but was many years ago! Very hard to get any Japanese food where I live. I am enjoying every bite of snacks!! I do share with daughter and her family to teach them about japan. I enjoy the variety of items in each box. The book explaining the items us very interesting!! I am planning to get other family their own subscription !!

Best Japanese snack box. Instead of the vending machine snacks that other boxes offer, these snacks are high quality and elevated in taste. You get what you pay for and honestly this box is still a steal.

The box is brilliant some real nice bits inside more of a traditional box of food inside the box the book you get comes with lots of info on the foods where they are from and back ground just a nice touch plus the book has important info if you had food allergies or don’t want to eat certain things the box is great

Ordering with Bokksu has been AMAZING! My box just took 9 days to arrive to the UK which was really surprising. The box is such a wonderful experience! The treats are carefully selected and organised which makes you feel that there was an actual effort and care in your product. The pamphlet where the snacks are explained andt the map is great to learn more about the contry and their traditions. I opened my box with my family and honestly, is one of the best experiences we've had. We could taste, smell, and enjoy not just snack but a culture. This is definitely not the last time I'm ordering a Bokksu!!

I love the thoughtfulness that goes into each box, it makes the wait worthwhile and all that more gratifying to enjoy! I can tell Bokksu is one of a kind and truly care about those they feature and their customers. I especially love that there is no pressure to want to skip a month or two- that is the cherry on top for me!

Got my first box very late, but customer service was awesome. Given the global pandemic and holidays (at the time), I totally got it. The products were amazing, our family had a real thrill discovering so many new and exciting things!

Could not recommend more! Everything is amazing, especially the white chocolate strawberries, little bites of happiness! Excellent customer service and there is always a thank you card which makes it feel very personal and special. This is the one thing I am looking forward to every month I have been a loyal customer for more than a year and I never had any issues or complaints. The only thing I can note is that I personally do not like candy or jellies but I give those to the boyfriend who is more than happy to receive them. He is also getting a box each month cause it's too tasty to share 😄 Highly recommended, it reflects the Japanese culture in every little detail.
