Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

I really enjoyed all the products inside the box. All treats were super delicious and good balance between sweet and savory. Description brochure is really nice and informative. Packaging was also top notch. I also appreciate Bokksu policy of supporting local businesses. I would recommend to everyone. One suggestion is that all products should have expiry date printed on them. Although it’s not related to Bokksu at all - unfortunately due to current situation boxes take some time to arrive - which is one more reason to print best before date.

I’ll start by saying that I am over the moon that I tried one of these boxes before I went vegan. The products were fantastic, high quality, and moreish. The calorie count per product was also nearly always there and fairly low which is important for me. However there is no option to select being a vegetarian or a vegan and if you’re vegan then you cannot have nearly all of their products. So it’s not very accommodating to the veggies out there! The reason I’m annoyed though is because their products are just so good and I wish I could have them without betraying my dietary choice! Absolutely try their chocolate infused strawberry before you die though. This is a must.

Really great customer service and the box takes only about 2-3weeks most of the time but sometimes 4 weeks. The snacks are usually pretty good as well.

I bought a bokksu during the pandemic which meant I had to have many conversations with the company about shipping because what may have typically taken 8 weeks took much longer. The company was very kind in sending me a replacement box when my initial one failed to show up. I was nervous not knowing the company about how legit a product it would be but can say my friend I bought it for a present for loved it and is still enjoying his snacks from Bokksu. Overall I would definitely order again as I like the way they deal with their customers and the product is definitely worth it.

Products and overall experience is absolutely amazing! Shipped quickly despite the health situation. I strongly recommend. Only downside is the portion sizes. Not enough for a foodie family of four. Full sizes would really be appreciated.

Love the boxes and trying all the different snacks that come in them. So far I have not found one that I didn't like. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the price. To order off the market there is a $50 shipping fee :(

I have a small you tube channel in which my review of this box can seen on mommydaughter duo. But we overall enjoyed the experience of this box and the info provided with the item.

The overall experience was great and did not disappoint. The only suggestion I'd have is improvements on the website. Currently the website is lacking features that resulted in me having to contact costumer service to resolve the issue. I would prefer to have more flexibility as a costumer.
