We love our Bokksu box! We’ve been getting it monthly for seven or eight months (initially on a monthly basis, and now on a longer term plan) and plan on continuing. Each well-curated box is lovely, with a different theme each month, and is accompanied by a descriptive, nicely designed glossy little booklet which describes the snacks, situating them in Japanese culture. (Amazingly, there is hardly any overlap: all of the boxes are quite different in contents.). We eat one type of treat each night after dinner, reading about it as a family, and my kids look forward to it. The food, a tasty mix of sweet and savory, comes well packed, and everything tastes fresh. Worth the splurge.

I purchased a year of Bokksu for my wife as a gift. She loves it! Every month it's like get she is getting a special birthday gift as she opens the box with great anticipation. Fortunately, she is willing to share the contents. Okay, maybe it's really a gift for both of us. LOL. The snacks are super delicious and the history behind the makers of each local snack is very interesting. We love supporting the small businesses. Thank you Bokksu!

Great snack and helpful customer service

Bokksu is a very entertaining service. All of my received products have been undamaged and the boxes are well packed with a solid variety. The unique flavors of these snacks make it well worth the price.

I love Bokksu I saw a Youtuber (Cherry Wallis) unboxing Bokksu and decided to buy one for myself. Now I wait for my 3rd Bokksu to gift as a Christmas present for my secret Santa. I'm sure my work colleague would appreciate it as much as I have.

Fabulous gift for our daughter at University - we send since she is in USA and we live in Japan now! She looks so forward to it and she gets to experience a little of what we do through snacks!

I absolutely love getting my Bokksu every month. There are far more snacks packed inside the box (like a Tetris game!) than you would be able to get for the same price piecemeal online. There are also exclusives you likely won’t find anywhere else. The guide tells you where your snacks come from, what to expect when tasting them, a flavor profile, and allergy information, which I was very thankful for. It’s all beautifully packaged and put together, and the only problem is fighting the desire to eat it all in one day. You will also get multiples of many smaller items, so there is plenty of snacks to share, or enjoy again on your own.
