I ordered 5 items for a trip
I ordered 5 items for a trip. Three of the items arrived the day I was leaving and were of very poor quality. I was surprised and very unhappy to find out they charge a 15% handling fee to return to your credit card. That is ridiculous because I order online all the time and have never come accross this they are clothes. The other issue is the company only sent three items I asked to please cancel the balance of the order but they have yet to refund the $57.00 of merchandise they never mailed. Absolutely disgraceful service. I have never been charged by other companys until they actually mail the merchandise.

I looked into your order and show you were refunded in full for $59.90 for the two items you canceled and one of those items (Print Beach Cover Up) was actually delivered to you on Feb 25, which you received for free. We also received your other 3 items you returned to us and you were refunded according to our Return Policy. Again, we are very sorry you are disappointed, but we do show you got to keep a cover up for free. Please let us know if you have any questions or problems.

Great quality sunglasses
Ordered sunglasses and they were everything I expected. Cute design, good quality and good price. I will be ordering some vacay items now I've booked.

Beautiful items as always!
I have bought multiple items from Boho Beach House and I have never been disappointed. The sizes run on the smaller end( at least for me). I am 5’9” and approximately 225 lbs. I suggest going up 1 size if you are tall and/or are overweight. It is worth it to get measurements and look up what you want to purchase. Reviews are helpful in determining size and fit. Thank you Boho Beach Hut for having beautiful clothes! NB: I noticed some comments about the shipping time and it can be accurate. I would suggest ordering something with plenty of time if you are getting it for a specific trip or event that you want to bring them to. It’s not always the fault of the company that you are ordering from so keep that in mind. Namaste.

Takes forever!
I didn’t realize my order would be shipping from China. I ordered on December 11th and tracking shows the package is still somewhere in China as of December 26th. Be aware it will be weeks before an order arrives. I feel deceived as I thought I was ordering from a store in the U.S. The cover up I ordered will arrive after I’m back from my trip.

Awesome dresses!

Beautiful dress - Love it!!
I absolutely love the dress! I bought it for a ceremony on the beach and it didn’t arrive in time so order in plenty of time if it’s for a special occasion! This dress is perfect to dress up or dress it casual for the beach - I will be taking it with me on a cruise soon!! Audrey

Can barely wait to wear my covering…
Can barely wait to wear my covering over my swimming outfit down the beach. It's light and vaporous and the outskirts gives it some extra. The material is fragile. Can't beat the worth either!
