First I want to say Thank you for your order and I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your dresses and free bracelet. To be fair Yes, some of our products do come from China. We have a warehouse in Reno Nevada and we ship directly to our customers. But when we don't have a size in stock our vendors will ship directly, this is what happened to you. I show you placed your order on March 27 and received all of your items by April 11, which is 15 days. All Boho Beach Hut customers are given a choice between an exchange, full refund in store credit or a 15% restocking fee for returns. I checked our email and phone records and do not show any correspondence from you on wanting to return your items. We are very sorry you are displease and our Return Policy only goes out 45 days, but we are more than willing to accept your items as a return as long as it meets our Return Policy requirements: unwashed, unworn, etc...https://bohobeachhut.com/pages/return-policy Please let us know if you have any questions or problems we can help you with. Hi Patricia, First I want to say Thank you for your order and I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your tops, free bracelet and cover up. To be fair Yes, some of our products do come from China. We have a warehouse in Reno Nevada and we ship directly to our customers. But when we don't have a size in stock our vendors will ship directly, this is what happened to you. I show you placed your order on August 23rd and received all of your items by September 5th, which is only 13 days. Unfortunately, we are a small family business, and not Amazon, so we cannot afford to pay for 2 day shipping for all of our customers. This is why we offer Free Shipping to ALL of our customers. All Boho Beach Hut customers are given a choice between an exchange, full refund in store credit or a 15% restocking fee for returns. Please let us know if you have any questions or problems we can help you with. [email protected]

Hi Theresa, First I want to say Thank you for your order and I am very sorry to hear the arms in your blouse did not fit you and we take our customer service very seriously. We test every product before placing them on our site to ensure a correct fit while providing a sizing chart for an accurate fit. Unfortunately we do not make the clothing so variations can occur. As for contact information we have always had multiple ways to contact our customer service reps. We offer a Support tab that follows you from page to page that take you directly to a support email. We offer a contact us page that provides a phone number 855-2GO-BOHO / 855-246-2646 and our direct email for support, [email protected]. As far as your return request, We offer a great 45 day from purchase refund policy. We also always guarantee a return request will be approved if the product is returned before the 45 days. We also offer, if you receive your product after 45 days the product is FREE!!!! We think that pretty sweet. Looking at your order, you ordered your blouse on June 8th and it was delivered on Jun27th 19 days, that gave you 26 days to return the blouse. We think that fair and Boho Beach Hut is one of the few Boutiques that even offers a return policy at all.
