Terrible quality, didn’t look anything like the picture and they don’t refund your money. They only give store credit.

I would give them zero stars, but I can’t. The quality of the shorts I purchased was not acceptable. They will not refund my money. Only will give a store credit. And you have to foot the bill for the return. I don’t know how this is acceptable. I should have read the return policy. Don’t shop here.

I ordered a blouse. It looked quite nice in the photos, but it turned out to be an absolute piece of crap very cheaply made and ill fitting. I wanted to send it back for a full refund, but they don’t give refunds out—just exchange . It’s no wonder they have this policy—nobody would keep their clothing if they didn’t have to. I wish I had seen all of the other poor reviews before I ordered from them.

Don't be tempted. Sizes wrong, fabric poor quality, and return policy is deceptive.

Yep, I get the angle. Less about the back-and-forth and much more **STAY AWAY, the actual product is appalling**, then use your experience to explain why. **⭐ 1/5 - STAY AWAY** Honestly, STAY AWAY from this company. The quality of their garments is absolutely appalling and I would never in my life recommend Boho Beach Hut to anyone. I spent around $75 on ONE piece of swimwear and could not believe what arrived. The fabric is ridiculously cheap, thin and sheer. You can literally see my nipples AND my tattoos straight through the swimmers. For something that costs $75, the quality is honestly shocking and nothing like what I expected from the photos online. Then it gets worse. The sanitary sticker wasn’t even attached to the swimmers when they arrived. It was literally loose inside the packaging. So I received an intimate garment with absolutely no way of knowing whether someone else had previously tried it on. DISGUSTING. I contacted them immediately and have spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I’ve provided photos, videos and everything they asked for, yet they still refuse to cover the cost of returning an item that arrived like this. They expect me to spend even more of my own money shipping their terrible product internationally back to them. So I’ve basically wasted $75 on a swimsuit that I would never wear because it is both ridiculously see-through AND arrived without the sanitary sticker attached. Seriously, STAY AWAY and spend your money somewhere else. I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone, unless you want unsanitary swimwear that you can literally see your nipples through.

I wish they had minus stars. The dress I ordered does not fit and when I go to return it, it says not eligible for return. I called the number on the website and they don’t answer during business hours. Just have you leave a message. I’ve also sent emails which I have not received a response. My next step is to stop the credit card charge from going through.

Horrible quality of clothing. Looks nothing like the photos and you can only return for store credit. Shipping is lengthy and their clothing quality is less than 1 star. Do not buy from them I returned 2 dresses and got store credit only to order to pieces of clothing that looked like they were from the dollar store

The product I received was not the same product I ordered. It was similar in style but poor quality and cheap looking. When I attempted to contact the company for a return they do not return correspondence.
