Hi Marykate, First I want to say Thank you for your order and I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your Dress and Boots. To be fair Yes, some of our products do come from China. We have a warehouse in Reno Nevada and we ship directly to our customers. But when we don't have a size in stock our vendors will ship directly, this is what happened to you. I show you placed your order on May 14th then called on May 25th to return both items. That was only 10 days and yes, coming from China. We gladly processed your return and refunded you with a 15% restocking fee. All Boho Beach Hut customers are given a choice between an exchange, full refund in store credit or a 15% restocking fee. As for the no phone number, We offer a Support tab that follows you from page to page that take you directly to a support email. We test every product before placing them on our site to ensure a correct fit while providing a sizing chart for an accurate fit. Unfortunately we do not make the clothing so variations can occur. We offer a great 45 day from purchase refund policy. We also always guarantee a return request will be approved if the product is returned before the 45 days. We also offer, if you receive your product after 45 days the product is FREE!!!! We think that pretty sweet. Looking at your order we see you did not take advantage our return policy. We have these in place to ensure if our customers are not happy with their order they can return them or exchange them. You received all of your products within a 18 days. Just clarify, we are not a Chinese company, we are located in Reno Nevada, at least the last time I looked out my window. I see you took advantage of our return policy and we think that's awesome, you did keep a top and the Free Bracelet though. Yes, we pay for shipping to all our customers up front (that includes worldwide) but unless the product is damaged, our customers must pay for return shipping, but thank goodness we are located in Reno Nevada. We Strive very hard to provide the best products at a price that is affordable, we also stand behind our products with a great return policy. We provide every customer with FREE Shipping worldwide. I show you placed your order on March 30th and received your last item by April 15th. That was only 15 days and yes, coming from China. We offer a great 45 day from purchase refund policy.
