BODYHEALTH, Amino acids Asked me to post on my Fb their product, I did. In return I would receive $25. Toward next purchase. Went place order, Any and ALL codes provided by BODYHEALTH do not work. Efforts thur contact, fail. Bummed!!

Worst customer service. They tried so hard to not refund me for wrong item. It took over a month, don't order!! Very unhelpful staff especially Lisi T

Horrible platform- I submit the order the first time, and never got an email. Just a text saying I did not complete my order . I went again and order it, this time took a screen shot but never got an email. So I thought this was weird. I use my email to sign in and check my subscription, there is nothing that says I purchased these products or that I have a subscription. So how can I modify anything in my subscription or cancel? No idea. Customer service- it is a BOT, not helpful. I tried call, no one answers, they ask you to leave a message but line cuts. Taste or Product- Horrible. I have never tasted something so disgusting. It is impossible to hide or ignore. I an trowing away these two containers. I am trying to cancel this subscription and no idea how, I will call my bank to say it is a scam,

Gut Restore; BodyHealth will lead you to believe that this will heal a disease that they include in their description of the product. After using Gut Restore I have realized that this does nothing more then keep a healthy body health, but not alleviate any of the symptoms that it speaks of if you are looking for a cure. I had to go to Enzymedica for a cure.

I like the product but will never order from the company again. I purchased the perfect amino with rushed shipping, at time of check out I added another product. Upon completing the purchase I realized I didn't add rush shipping (after adding the 2nd product) so immediacy called in. That was 3 days ago and the product still hasn't even shipped with standard shipping (when I wanted rushed).

I'd love to say the new PA formula is fabulous, but it's taken them over three weeks to ship my subscription order. Mind you, they billed me on time, but I've had to follow up with them multiple times to get even a minimal response. No acknowledgement. No apology. Just a computer-generated email with a tracking number for the slowest shipping option possible, which still hasn't been picked up by the carrier. It will likely be 4 weeks from the billing date to receipt. And, frankly, at this point, I don't even want the damn product. Their systems and services need to catch up with their supposedly cutting-edge product.

Charged my card when ordering and said a week to ten days to ship. Over three weeks later and nothing has shipped and have gotten no response to three emails to their customer service email address. Finally had to dispute with my bank. VERY POOR / NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT order from them, go elsewhere.

I don't know what has happened to their customer service- but it has totally gone downhill very quickly!!! You used to be able to call and get answers right away. They state they do not have phones to call them and so you have to email them on everything, and you don't get a reply back for days! VERY FRUSTRATING!!! And makes one think twice about purchasing their product!!!!
