I have paid 109 euros to ship some suplements to spain which was possible from their website. Spain rejected the payment because it contained something banned. Received a refund of 65 dollars. Havent communicated with me since.... Unnacceptable

Terrible customer service. Received a very obviously spoiled product and was told it’s normal and if I wanted to exchange it there’s no guarantee I wouldnt receive another spoiled product. I had previously been using this product for years and I know what it should smell like. Now I guess I’m done using it and done with this company who clearly doesn’t care about quality control.

you cannot cancel your subscription without calling, which is a blatantly anti-consumer dark pattern. don't do business with this company.

This company has no customer service. Someone botched the shipping label and my package was never delivered. A stranger tracked me down and brought it to me. The only response I received from bodyhealth was ARTIFICIAL “intelligence”. Same with a phone call that ended with “we’re very busy right now, call back at a different time.

Disgusting customer service led me to cancel their subscription. Very disappointing customer service. Someone should train their customer service representatives.

Ordered a few months ago and signed up for autoship. However, before my first shipment even arrived it became clear that they would not be able to deliver my order before I left on my trip. So I canceled the order and thought that all was well. Until yesterday when I received an email telling me that my next shipment was about to ship and that I could not cancel via email, but needed to call. So I emailed AND called and was given an automated message from both that I needed to do the other. I was caught in an inescapable hamster wheel of NO customer service. I eventually emailed and told them that if they sent anything at all, I would not pay for it. Forget this company. Oh, and one more thing. I just read through the 5-star reviews for Bodyhealth. Every single one is sus!

I am having a really hard time canceling future auto shipments- I wrote online and they say go to the portal - I can t find a Place to cancel- they make it very difficult- I Would recommend not to ever auto ship

Be wary if ordering from Canada. Customer service is brutal. My first ever order was shipped and once it got to customs I had to pay an additional $54 CAD. However, the product never arrived. I waited a month and a half until Body health finally decided to send me a replacement. After conversing back and forth, I made sure that I would not have to pay customs again and that was their promise. Today my package arrived at my door but UPS would not leave until I paid $118.72 for customs again. I paid him and sent the receipt to body health asking to be reimbursed and guess what they said....NO. They thought that I might accept a gift card to keep me shopping with them. However, what good is that to me as that would only pay for my customs if I ordered through them again. Terrible Terrible service.
