Ashley was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listened to my concern and was able to help me resolve my issue in a timely fashion. And she did exactly what she said she would do which was send me an email to close the loop and let me know it was taken care of. At a time when it’s rare to experience good customer service or be able to speak with a live person, Ashley was a treat to deal with. Very pleased with the customer service I received from her.
