BodyHealthReviews of bodyhealth.com

My experience was very pleasant because I received all the attention and support I needed to make sure I properly understood the process of waiting for my order to be processed, as well as the average time that it could take for me to get an update, and that consequently allowed me to feel relaxed knowing that I have done everything properly and that my order was going to be delivered on time. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for looking after me Bekah. You've provided me with an exceptional customer care service :)

Michelle took care of what I needed! Thank you!!

I was having a technical issue with the website and Michelle at customer service was great in correcting the issue and coming up with a resolution. It is great to have such support as a customer. Customer service plays a role in my decision to remain with a product and Michelle has ensured that I do. Thank you Michelle!!!

Michelle helped me seamlessly process an exchange following receipt of a product that was not to my liking. I’ve been a customer of bodyhealth for over a year and both the products and the service are top notch.

I had called in to cancel an order that was pending charge and Michelle was so kind and professional and her follow-through was so great!! Which is rare these days. I appreciate her taking it from A to Z and completing the task and making sure the order was indeed cancelled and emailed me this morning that everything was taken care of. WOW! I will be back as soon as my supply gets a bit lower:) Julie McGinley

BodyHealth was super easy to work with. Bekah was able to find some solutions for the issues I was having with the sweetness of the product. She was able to get back to me in a timely manner and provide a solution. I am looking forward to trying the new product she suggested. Thank you!

Bekah was great. Wasn't crazy about the product taste for the powder solution. She resolved it quickly and kindly. Great customer service. I run businesses and always aim to please. So I am happy to be taken care of this way as well.
