HORRIBLE COMPANY - Aminos made me have the worst acid reflux of my life & the electrolytes taste and smell horrid. Customer Service is a BOT, and I’ve been trying for days to cancel my subscription. I was finally able to actually get a live person & cancel it after a week of trying. You can’t cancel online unless there have been 3 billing cycles which is ridiculous. You also can’t cancel by email. Live person is the only way. Update - I had to pay to send back the product that made me sick. I sent it back with a required signature at delivery. Then I had to call again after 2 weeks to see why I hadn’t been refunded yet. After that, they refunded the product (not the shipping)

Their passion fruit electrolytes are disgusting tasting, and I couldn't drink it. There is definitely something wrong with it. Yet, they expect me to pay for return shipping for a subpar, nasty tasting product! Shame on you! Their customer service is bad. They have so many bad reviews, I don't know how they are still in business.

Like many others on here, I too am beyond frustrated with this company. They make you jump through hoops to cancel this subscription and was also told I needed 3 billing cycles to cancel which did not indicate when signed up! It stated can be cancelled anytime if I’m correct! I’ve contacted customer support for account help and after several attempts they have yet to respond back. Don’t waste your time and money with these scam artists!

If I could give it less than one star I would. The products are good however I have serious trust issues with this company. DO NOT sign up for regular delivery subscriptions—THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES. Customer support will not and the web site cannot. Beyond frustrated.

Product tasted horrible like animal feed. Company took forever to respond, 5 days. Still hasnt reponded to my second email. Then i had to pay shipping for the return myself. Instead of using a shipping label from them which would've been cheaper since they have an account i had to pay double using usps. They dont stand behind their product

I feel scammed on subscriptions. I wrote to cancel my subscription because you can’t do it on website and they wrote back saying it requires 3 billing cycles. I wrote them saying where was that in a checked box or fine print??? I’ve ordered perfect aminos 3 times and gut restore twice so we’ll see. I am canceling due to possible theft in 2017, grant cardone suing him, bankruptcy and failed businesses in several articles. I no longer trust Gary Brecka. FOLLOW UP AFTER MORE RESEARCH. DAVID MINKOFF MD OWNS BODYHEALTH-just google lawsuits against him and look at reviews under his practice in Florida-shocking information. I will never give another dollar to this company

Order #1562352 I contacted body health about a week ago and then responded to my email pretty quick and then when I replied back with what are the next steps to returning this product I haven't heard anything from them .

I would never order from this company ever again, no support thru email or phone for lost packages. They shipped almost 3 weeks ago and their policy is to wait 10 business days past the last scan before taking action. So USPS can mysterious scan "it's flowing thru our network" every day and it will never hit 10 days. It does not take 3 weeks to ship a small package from Florida to Georgia. Horrible customer support nor a commitment to their products. Save your money and order your products elsewhere.
