Been on a Perfect Amino subscription for a while now and have been feeling better because of it. In addition to a good product, they also have diligent and helpful support. One of my shipments recently got lost in transit and Ryan helped me through getting a new order lightning fast. Thanks!

Best customer service experience ever
I spoke with Valeria over the phone and she was so nice it was a real pleasure speaking with her. She also went well above and beyond the call of duty taking care of the mess I made of my subscriptions and she fixed all my mistakes. I’m very happy with this interaction.

I had an issue that was partially my…
I had an issue that was partially my fault because I didn't check my monthly order before it processed and Bekah was able to assist with the situation and made it right. She promptly got back to me each time. In my opinion, she went above and beyond what she really had to do to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I love the products from the company as it is and to get service like that was icing on the cake.

Exceptional customer service provided by a rep named Michelle. Based upon the recommendations of health influencers like Dave Asprey & Dr. Hyman, I decided to place an order to see if some of their products measured up and were capable of elevating my biochemistry. After incorporating the BodyHealth protocol into my daily routine for close to a month, Perfect Amino Essential Amino Acids, Perfect Amino Electrolytes & Perfect Amino Power Meal (Protein Powder) emerged as standouts. After electing to return some of the products that missed the mark and request a refund, Michelle was quite gracious & helpful in facilitating both the return and the subscription cancellation of the products that I wasn’t planning on reordering. From the initial email that I sent customer support in which I sought clarification of BodyHealth’s return policy & procedures, an attentive rep like Michelle enabled the return to be a painless process which I greatly appreciated.
