I placed a sizeable first-time order and subsequently had to cancel it for health reasons within a matter of hours. It was a Saturday, and I dealt with the Virtual Assistant, which advised me that our detailed chat would be passed along to Customer Service to be reviewed. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised when Michelle responded on a Sunday! She provided details regarding one part of the cancellation, and I quickly received email confirmation that it was canceled. She also informed me that she had processed a request for the other part of the cancellation and that if it was successfully canceled, I would receive a confirmation email. That confirmation email arrived on Monday. I really appreciate Michelle's assistance and the fact that she responded so quickly (on a weekend!), and her emails were caring, helpful and informative. My one and only dealing with BodyHealth is a thumbs up due to Michelle's customer service.
