DO NOT BUY THE UNFLAVORED POWDER!!!! IT HAS A SWEEENER IN IT AND IT TASTES GROSS IN A DRINK. THEY OFFERED A RETURN BUT ONLY IF I PAID THE SHIPPING WHICH IS $11. SUCH FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY NOW ADD IT ON THE CHECKOUT LINE BUT AMAZON DOESNT SHOW THIS. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS OUTCOME. SHAME ON THEM

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year. I will never ever order from them again because of their horrible customer service and violations of FTC laws regarding canceling subscriptions.

Buyer beware, the worst customer service. I had an issue with an order and they totally ghosted me. The one and only time I spoke with someone, she was condescending. Totally disgusting behavior. There are better companies and products on the market.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Clearly the company feels the customer is a lemming and thanks to the Joe Rogan bump they don’t need us. Long time subscription customer, they failed to cancel one of my subscriptions when I asked them to before the order shipped and when I asked them to send me a return label they insisted that I pay for it, even after admitting that the mistake was on their end. Just lost thousands of dollars in revenue on top of referrals over a 6$ label…what a joke. The new greens formula tastes horrible by the way they cheapened it.

Don’t start a subscription with this company. If you want to cancel they make you call a 1-800 number but they still allow you to manage everything else online. Shady shady shady!

Body health has great products but be prepared to wait over a month to receive one item. Customer service sucks and I’m always waiting weeks if not a month to receive it. Horrible.
