This company does not answer inquiries. I registered my bodyguard product. They sent me a body guard item, charged me $8 for that and then 60 days later charged another $47. This is NOT a lifetime replacement. This is false advertising!!!! Bodyguardz only carries your brand phone protector for 2 years from the RELEASE DATE OF YOUR PHONE! regardless of when you purchased it. I still have many payments left on my phone and they have already discontinued my phone case. Their response to me was to buy a new phone! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them again...Buyer beware...again... false advertising!!!!!

This product and Service offered by atat is useless. Save time and money by purchasing screensaver or any attachments from atat just order from Amazon.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I bought a new iPhone from att store and the salesman talked me into a bodyguardz screen and put it then after driving 55 miles home the screen protector had air bubbles emailed bodyguardz and they sent me a new 1 after frt and I put it on and it was the same way a day later so I returned them both and bodyguardz wouldn’t refund any money. Customer service and screens are both bad. I purchased a no name screen from Amazon and it’s holding up great.

Terrible product!! Horrible company. Bought a case from them which states it provides 10 foot drop protection. Dropped my phone flat on its back from 2 foot and the back of my phone is now shattered!! I contacted customer service with my receipt of purchase and was told they would NOT stand behind their product. Do NOT buy from this company!!!

Why I thought purchasing a glass protector directly through AT&T with the purchase of my new iPhone 12 Pro Max was a good idea, is another question. This was a complete scam. Had I have just purchased glass protectors and probably at least 10 of them through Amazon, I would have saved significantly and wouldn't have had as much confusion with the process. The installation is weird and the steps aren't clear. Then, seeing the Lifetime Replacement Program" information, I went to register the screen protector, thinking I could get a free replacement - still have to pay shipping for another one. Not worth it. I don't trust it. I will be using Amazon from here on out. You have been warned about BodyGuardz.

I’m now on my 3rd screen cover and just ordered a replacement. These things break super easy. Drop your phone from a few feet? Shatters. I bought my original at an AT&T store, they told me they would replace for free, lifetime warranty, all that. But they don’t replace them at all. BodyGuardz will send you a new one but charges you $8 for shipping plus tax. So really, it’s not free. You are better off buying a $10 cover off Amazon or at a discount store and just replace it yourself when it breaks. Don’t buy from Bodyguardz!

I ordered my replacement screen protector 10 days ago and yesterday the tracking information finally started showing any information. I called 3 days ago to find out where my order was and was told to give it a few more days that this happens sometimes. But if it’s not there Monday to call back! Seriously?? What kind of customer service is that- why didn’t they track down my package that had been pending for a week? Now I have to wait another week for it to be delivered. It’s not like this was free shipping- I paid the $8 shipping fee. I am totally unhappy and over this company.
