Great product. It saved my phone from multiple falls and left zero scratches. Just make sure to keep the old screen if you go for a replacement.

I have been using BodyGuardz for over 9 years! Every phone has a screen protector and case all from BodyGuardz; it is a must! I love the replacement program because I am pretty rough on my devices, but BodyGuardz cases and screen protectors have always protected my device(s). I dropped my phone from a 10' platform onto concrete, and all that cracked was the screen protector. The Case worked well, and I sent the protector to be replaced for free. 9-year customer and love all of my products from BodyGuardz.

I bought a bodyguardz cover for my Ipad, at At&t, they installed it and told me it was under warranty, but did not bother to tell me, if something happened I had to deal directly with bodyguards. I had it for less than a month and it cracked, so I took it back to AT&T and they told me they did not replace them. I had to buy another one from bodyguardz, I think the replacement was $21, and it arrived today, but now they tell me I have to send the old one back at my expense and put this one on myself. If I don't send the old one back they will charge me full price. I already paid the full price when I bought it. What kind of business is this? I am going to ask AT&T to put it on for me and I hope they will. I could have bought one at Zagg and if it cracked and took it back and they will replace it for $7 or $8. For sure, the next phone or anything I buy will be from Zagg, I will not purchase anything from bodyguardz. Be aware of all the trouble of buying a bodyguardz. I have not sent it back yet and am not sure how much that is going to cost, to send it back, THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Hi Don, Thank you for your feedback. We don't require proof of purchase to register a screen protector so anyone can create an account and order a screen protector for just the shipping and handling fee without ever having purchased the product. This is one of the main reasons we ask for the old protector back. In most cases, AT&T will apply the new protector for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] (attn: Ashley) and I would be happy to assist you with the old protector. Best, Ashley M

I purchased the screen protector at At&t. I did the registration. I paid $10. Not once did the At&T guy said "keep the cracked screen protector" because they will NEED IT. First you are charged $10 worth of shipping and handdling. And I didn't find out about their necessity for screen protector till I received the box requesting the broken one. I receive daily codes & specials thru email from Bodyguardz. Yet no announcement letter, no warning on dates required by or amounts that will be deducted. No warning on a card when it will be deducted by. Seems they just take the money from history purchase method. I will never use bodyguardz again. They do that so people won't abuse their unlimited screens. I could buy the same screen at Amazon for a quarter. Not a great experience.

Unlike a previous reviewer, I too payed shipping for a new protective cover under their lifetime warranty. The process was seemless and it arrived quickly. I too did not realize that I needed to provide original receipt and send back old cover. I was charged full price, but once I caught the error I contacted the company and they made me whole as I explained the entire scenario (offering to find receipt and look for old cover). That was top notch customer service. I now know that when I seek another replacement I'll get the old one ready to send back. (lesson learned). And the cost is minimal and honored, which is more than I can say for many things these days.

Pretty much the same as others. Was sold a $40 bodyguardz by att and was told the protector has lifetime replacement. What they don’t tell you is you pay shipping for replacement (which is about the same cost as a new screen protector that is shipped free), and must return the existing protector OR YOU PAY AGAIN FOR THE PROTECTOR. Horrible business model. What a damn pain in the a$$. And bodyguardz’ response is A JOKE.

Thank you for the candid feedback. When you purchase a screen protector you are then eligible for replacements. There is not cost for the product itself, but you do cover the shipping and handling fee of $9.95. If you have a BodyGuardz case ($20 or more) you can get free shipping on your first 5 replacements. We do ask that you send the old screen protector back, but this should only cost you one stamp to send back to us and if you ever run into any issues sending the old protector back just reach out to us at [email protected] and we are more than happy to help.

Horrible product! Screen protector only lasts 6 months and you pay $9.99 each time for a replacement. The screen protector is over $40. They sent me a defective replacement that I can’t even use. I will never purchase anything from Bodyguardz ever again. Don’t do it!

Hi Toni, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your screen protector. We do offer replacements on our screen protectors. The replacement itself is free and then you would just cover the shipping and handling fee. Or if you have a BodyGuardz case ($20 or more) then you can get free shipping on your first 5 replacements. However, if your product is defective we are happy to replace that for you. Please reach out to our customer success department at [email protected] (Attn: Ashley) and we would be happy to help with this. Best,
Christian P.
Same thing everybody else says. "Lifetime" replacements last 1 year and require so many hoops, you might as well just pay 20 dollars for any other screen protector off Amazon, and avoid all the trouble of getting charged full price for a defective product. Mine came loose in 3 months.
