I buy on a regular basis from serval company's my supplement it was my first time buying from bodybuilding it will be first and last buying from them it took nearly two months for the shipment to arrive this company is not recommended be aware!!! Also the package came completely damaged and poor customer service...

I did not appreciate the business model here, did not research before joining (usually do). Most of the work out plans I was interested in had extra charges associated with them. Although, there are some free plans if you search the site. The merchandise appeared to be good quality and modestly priced. But, I don't want a subscription (even though the subscription is cheap) just to buy stuff I can most likely get without one. Lesson Learned

Their customer service is top notch, no idea why all these clowns are leaving bad feedback. Don't listen to the haters!

Even though the order is wrong they will not refund you for the shipping of returns - how can they just take $11 like that? shop anywhere else, save yourself the headache with customer service

I already Unsubscribed 5 times in the last month and they still sending me e-mails, they neither care about my request about my privacy settings even if I edited everything manually. Simply morons, and be aware they will hunt you until you die.

Purchased 4 pre workouts, which ended up coming from America so I was worried about the date it would arrive, which they gave a date of over 2 weeks away, but ordered on the Tuesday and came early Saturday morning, so amazing postage time, I didn’t deal with customer service so I can’t comment on that

Placed an order on Monday May 18th for Bodybuilding's signature protein on sale. I received email confirmation and a tracking number for Lasership. My estimated delivery date was Friday May 22nd. Friday came and went, so I tried emailing Lasership as the tracking information says "Label Created, Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the LaserShip Facility". I just want to know if the items have even shipped yet from the BodyBuilding.com warehouse. Haven't heard anything back. In a world where you can get items shipped next day any day of the week, and tracking information is about as accurate as possible this is unacceptable. For an extra $5 I could have made the purchase through Amazon and actually would have been informed and received my purchase days ago. A lot of other reviews are saying their orders have just been cancelled without being informed, I have a feeling that's what's happening to me. Company needs to fire whoever is in charge of logistics.
