Do not use this website!!!!! I paid for item over a month ago. They never turned up. When you truly to contact then there’s no answer. I’ve emailed and phones no reply. Rip off.

Amazing customer service experience. My shipment said it was delivered to my door but was no where to be found. I called the number provided and whoever the nice man was on the phone helped me immediately. Very happy with how they treat their customers

rip-off, over-priced products that mostly do nothing for you. Also, get charged for items that you don't order or sign up for and won't give refunds. Stay away!

Been using for the last 10 years. Never had a problem. Shipping is always extremely fast. Never really had to deal with customer service so I can’t comment on that. Prices are usually the best around and they almost always have a promotion.

Been a long time customer. Receiving products has become increasingly longer than the promised dates. Recently made two orders. Both orders are over a week behind the promised dates. Called three times and they said to just keep checking up on it. The orders have been in the town I live for over a week per details. They won’t let me cancel the orders without waiting a minimum of two weeks to be reimbursed. Checking these reviews it seems to be a consistent problem with everybody else here. Really wish I had checked the reviews before hand to avoid all this.

I joined bodybuilding.com quarterly online program. Two weeks before it was to expire I cancelled the program - or I thought I did. I found out later that you need to click thru three different screens to say are you sure you want to cancel? I thought I was cancelled after the first screen and filling out the questionnaire of why I was leaving. They billed me for next payment. I used their online chat the same day I received payment and they were unable to assist me stating these are our policies and this is what you signed up for. They could see by my account I have not used it for a long while. It is not the money that was the issue I just do not like companies that are not transparent in their processes. I would not recommend them on this factor. You can not delete your account.
