After making a mistake on my order I tried desperately numerous times to reach someone by phone and was unable to. I was very skeptical about resolving my issue through the customer service email system. I have to say that receiving a friendly, timely and very informative response from “Crush it Courtney” quickly dispelled any doubts I had. Thank you.

I see a lot of bad reviews for bodybuilding and I have no idea why. This is a great company. I have been ordering stuff from them for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. A delivery didn’t show up one time after it was marked delivered and they overnighted me my order again. I missed a buy one get one deal one time and they fixed it on the spot with a phone call. I’ve placed an order and had it shipped within an hour and arriving next day. From when I lived one state over from where they ship from to when I lived across the country in the middle of no where, I’ve never had shipping take more than a week. Honestly better shipping than amazon. This company offers great stuff at great prices and they always run good deals. I’m a life long customer. Don’t listen to the bad reviewers in this case.

I canceled my orders, somehow my account became active once again and it automatically decided to just ship me a new order and charge my card. I spoke to customer service who had the audacity to lie about the product already being shipped, now it's been "delivered" I've yet to receive the package that I wanted to cancel and yet I still cannot get any response on my refund. This site has turned into a joke. Take your business to Amazon. I've emailed support when they told me to send them my order ID with absolutely no response. Why waste your time responding to my review for save face and not actually do anything

After making a shipping error where my order was basically sent to Africa, the customer service team at bodybuilding.com went above and beyond to ensure I was able to still get the product that I ordered in a timely manner. The team made this a hassle free experience and I incurred no additional charges. The commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the big reasons I will continue to be a bodybuilding.com customer.

Max Out Miguel was AWESOME. He provided attentive, quick, and empathetic customer service and got me taken care of. I've been buying from bb.com for over a decade, and was bummed about my order mishap, but Miguel took care of me. This is how you keep your customers!!

I order some protein but unfortunately did not like it, I thought I wasted a bunch of money but mayhem Maggie was very helpful in compensating me. She explained all of my options and was very kind and patient and let me ask multiple questions which she responded to in minutes. I ended up getting a refund. Maggie also helped me check on my item that was put on back order and promptly canceled that order and put in a new one from a different brand. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had and I feel that Maggie should get a real pat on the back for making customer happy! I will definitely continue ordering form bodybuilding.com because of her.
