I had accidentally ordered the wrong flavor of an item, and Kristy was able to get that rectified with me within minutes. I had never had this issue before and was dreading to reach out to customer support, but Kristy made it easy and quick. 10/10 customer experience.

I made a large purchase intended as a Christmas present which shipped out in a set of 3 boxes. I received 2 boxes but never received the 3rd and it is now mid-January. I have contacted them over 5 times to try to find out the status of the 3rd box, every single time being told that they are reaching out to the vendor and will email me when they hear back from them. I never once received an email back and had to contact them over FIVE times to try to resolve this issue. Finally, on the 6th try, I get to speak to a manager who lets me know that the vendor ran out of stock of that item and the reason they never emailed me that information is simply because they are busy. I am a reasonable person and do my best to be understanding when it comes to customer service, but this is outrageously unacceptable. I will not purchase from this company ever again.

I had a shipping issue with my order. Normally I would expect to do battle with a big company to avoid getting ripped off. Not the case at all here! It's so nice to interact with a real human person who actually cares about my predicament. They were empathetic and efficient. I had my replacement shipment in hand before the shipping company could even be bothered to reply to my email about the lost package. 11/10 would recommend. Good service breeds loyalty and now i'm a customer for life.

I received a shipment of Protein drinks (two cases - 12 bottles each). One of the bottles in one of the cases was broken. After notifying Bodybuilding support of the broken bottle, I received a credit toward my next shipment which more than covers the cost of the broken bottle. The break was the fault of the carrier; however, Bodybuilding made me whole without awaiting a claim with the carrier.

Experienced a delay in having my order delivered but the team was helpful and kind to guide me accordingly.

Lean Leah was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the company. I paid on 12/01. Partial delivery on 12/20. 2 of 3 boxes came, one excellent condition, one extremely poor condition. Not happy about that, but ok, it’s still a nice product. Over 3 weeks later, and 4 customer service agents, finally got a ‘resolution.’ I received a 50% refund. That’s a nice gesture, but I wanted what I paid for. Weights are sold by the pound, so it’s going to cost me more than what I’m refunded to complete my set. The product is nice, and Lean Leah was very nice, but I will be hesitant in ordering from this company in the future.
