I ran across an issue with the order I wanted to place yesterday at 5:00 P.S.T. It was my first time ever visiting or ordering from your site. I called today and spoke to "Gainz" Garrett whom I explained my order issue to. He was very helpful. He told me to place the order and he would take care of adjusting the price to reflect what it would had been yesterday if I would of completed it then. I appreciate all that he did to help me with placing my order and because of his great service I will look forward to buying from your company again.

Customer service is nonexistent. Not responding, answering or anything. Never received my order and it says its been delivered. Never again. Hope this company goes bankrupt

I ordered a pre workout drink off body building.com and since the 15th feb I am still waiting for my order which is meant to be out for delivery by DHL. The customer service is appalling you cannot contact DHL and more to the point body building.com haven’t replied to my email, the phone is switched off nobody answering and the live chat room is useless as all it does is tell me my tracking number. I wouldn’t give this website any time of day.

Ordered supplements from bodybuilding.com and they came with the lids loose on the pre workout. Contacted the team via and email and received gift voucher to the price of supplements. The team dealt with the issue very fast and where super friendly too. Great service.
