Totally awesome when they do that! This company truly cares about it's customers and yes, they have among the very best in the CSR Game for sure! I purchased NutraBio Alpha EAA thinking it was all EAA. Turns out it's mostly BCAA's, unlike their other product NutraBio Intra Blast. I didn't realize the ingredients until after I opened the container. I contacted customer support immediately and within 24 hours they gave me a gift card valued at the cost of the product. Exceptional customer service!!
