Hello Danning, When you purchased your annual BODi subscription, you were presented with an offer for a free one-month Shakeology subscription. You had the option to “Accept” or “Decline” the offer. The terms and conditions explained that the monthly Shakeology subscription would begin after 30 days unless canceled. Since there was no cancellation of the Shakeology subscription, the item shipped on the renewal date. Upon reviewing your account and recent contact with support, we have confirmed that you initiated a return online and have opted to choose your own carrier. Since that selection has been made, you no longer have the option to select the $12 return label. You are still within our Money Back Guarantee and may return the item using your carrier of choice. A refund will be provided once we receive the item at our warehouse. Your annual BODi subscription and monthly Shakeology have been cancelled, and no further charges will be processed.
