Amazing variety of workouts! I have enjoyed doing P90, 4 Weeks of the Prep, 6 Weeks of the Work, and now Liift 4. Thanks to these programs, I look and feel amazing.

I love beachbody! Being able to get a really good workout in from home is amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish programs spent more time on cool-downs (stretching is so important). And, I wish there was more options for programs focused on weight gain in the form of muscle instead of only focusing on weight loss. But the variety of programs and challenges beachbody provides is also very good. I would also like to see more treadmill and spin bike programs incorporated into the system one day. I like that you can mix it up and hybrid each program and now that the running program is on I think this is a great time to start thinking about other running and biking programs! I also like that there is a variety of times to chose (30 min workout vs one hour, or 2 30 min workouts if you want to do a longer workout). I would also like to see more new programs with the option of 45-60 min like 80DO and P90X. I do also wish their supplements were more affordable. I would love to take shakeology but it just does not fall into the budget. But I think the BOD streaming is very affordable, and I am so glad for that. I also love that a new program is released at least 1-2 times a year. This keeps things interesting and I do not get bored with working out.

Beachbody has been my saving grace! I am a full time working Mom of two girls, ages 10 and 14. I have had Beachbody for 2 years and love it! I have been a gym rat for over 20 years and never ever thought I would work out from home but it has been amazing and I have connected to so many and I have grown physically, emotionally and spiritually through all of the programs such as Lift 4, T20, 10 Rounds, Yoga and now the Meditation. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I have been doing the workouts using Beachbody for several years. I love the variety of choices. Since Covid-19 I have not been going to my health club, in which I have been a member for over 20 years. Recently, I have been doing the 10 Rounds and 100 workouts. However, I find Cize really fun because it is dancing and I like the music. Chaleen's Turbo Fire and Extreme really burn the calories. I love her workouts! At night, I end with the Yoga to help relax. Faith is great for her relax workouts. I highly recommend Beahbody to anyone who wants to improve muscle strength, lose weight, and burn calories. The trainers are all excellent!!
