I love Beachbody On Demand
I love Beachbody On Demand, it has truly changed my life. Not only because the work out programs are fun and different but also because their instructors are amazing people that keep you motivated and excited from the begging to the end. I used to hate yoga! Hated it. I only had to take the Yoga Retreat Program at BOD to get hooked forever! Now is part of my daily routine.

I use Beachbody on demand and absolutely love it. It is convenient, offers several different options, and I can take it with me wherever I go. A suggestion for improvement would be to add a search bar at the top, so users can search for specific programs. Otherwise, great program!

The shipping of products has been a big…
The shipping of products has been a big issue and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. Management has not been able to get a handle on timely shipping. It use to be easy to get products and now it’s unpredictable and not improving. I’ve had to go to the competition because I ran out and can’t get anything for 2-3 weeks. Sad to see the lack of focus on fixing and normalizing orders.

Shipping right now is very frustrating
Shipping right now is very frustrating. If amazon can ship in 1-2 days, bb can find a better way. (My last 2 shipments have been more than 3 wks) Using smartpost with usps is the opposite of smart- it’s THE SLOWEST bc it’s the CHEAPEST- yet, bb is one of the most expensive when it comes to shipping costs of ANY mlm. It’s sad- bc as much as I love bb, it has cost the company business with people who are equally or even more upset about it than I am
