I was using the program and for health reasons I had to cancel. I called customer service and they cancelled the workouts and the protein shakes. But they did not cancel the $15 a month membership. I did not notice the charge in my credit card. I recently noticed the charge, they will not refund me the 2 years, I paid unknowingly, only the last payment. I trusted the costumer service person to cancel my account. Beachbody is overpriced, the hidden fees are insane. I will recommend not using such a deceitful company. I highly recommend 54D. You get results in 54 days with a personal coach.

I hope this reaches someone before they make the mistake of purchasing any of their products. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SYSTEM. AND THEN TRY IT RIGHT AWAY because if you go the slightest bit outside of their 30 day period they won't help you AT ALL. I signed up for Beachbody on Demand during a move. I wasn't able to get everything up and running right away because I was in the middle of moving into a home while my husband is deployed. I couldn't download it on my LG TV and after doing research they said it worked with firestick. I had a firestick it was just in a box somewhere in the house. I finally found the box this weekend and tried it out but the firestick is not working! So without a way to access their videos on a TV where I can easily follow along, I asked for a refund. Even a partial at this point would be nice. I signed up for a year. I'm 10 days outside of their window and they won't give me a single thing back. No way to workout except through my phone. They need to make it where it is accessible on all platforms. So please for the love of all that is fair check your platforms before buying. On a side note. I used their DVDs 2 years ago before I got pregnant and lost a crap ton of weight with the Brazilian Butt Lift program. It's why i was sure to sign up for a year. That is not one of their videos so that was an unfortunate discovery as well. No bike riding videos that I could find either. I have a bike just not theirs. Anyway....just do your research first and proper due diligence within the 30 days. I tried mirroring the phone and the TV but it was insecure connection and kept freezing. I tried web browser but that is inconvenient when trying to use a remote control. This app needs to be available on Google Play where you can download it on any TV type.

Save your money. The workouts are lousy, and the business is a scam. After canceling, they continued to bill me. When I called billing, they explain that "I'm very sorry, but there is not way to refund your money." This is a scam - lousy exercise platform with perpetual billing. Don't sign up!

I cancelled my membership in 2016 via the online chat and also through email and received an email the other day asking me to update my payment information. I have written an email requesting that they refund any money they have taken since my cancellation request in 2016 and have heard nothing back. May have to take this to the authorities.

I joined Beachbody in May 2022 and so far my experience of the site, the company and the coaching mentoring and new friendships formed within has been very positive. As a fitness instructor myself, I benefit a lot from following the workouts, I love all the exercise variations, the progressions and sequences used in the workout programs themselves, each minute each second on those workout programmes is planned and curated down to a tee. The level and degree of instruction in the workouts is also top-notch. The trainers are also very engaging. I think the Beachbody platform is great value for money, not least because apart from all the 1000s of workouts you also have nutrition programs, tracking and progression tools, accountability and support groups all for a very reasonable sign-up fee. Although subscriptions automactically renew, it is very clear from the outset that it is the customer's responsibility to manage and cancel these if they don't wish to continue, and cancelling subscriptions is very easy if you do it in the time frame. There is also a 30 Day refund policy for anyone who isn't happy with what they've signed-up to. I initially thought I would not be renewing my monthly shakeology subscription, but when I realised how much I enjoyed taking it everyday, the benefits it was having on my energy levels and wellbeing and that it replaced the need for me to get any other daily supplements, I decided the monthly fee that i was paying for it was worth it -cheaper getting a daily coffee from a coffee shop, and way healthier!

Over priced and terrible customer services Product is over priced, not tasty and the return policy is fake. I tried one month of shakeology , but was disappointed in the taste and it is not filling, it simply didn’t work for me. I put my order on hold because we are in the process of moving, and because I didn’t use it since I didn’t care for it, but it shipped anyway. I contacted them about returning this and cancelled my membership. I shipped this back to them usps priority mail and $12 out of pocket. I forgot about it until my next credit card bill, when I saw the ~145$ charge and no refund. I contacted customer service, they said they could do nothing without a tracking number, which during the pack and purge of moving I no longer had. They wouldn’t even check on my order without this number which I can’t retrieve. Buyer beware!!!! Overpriced, not a good value, it doesn’t help with weight loss and they auto send this and charge you regardless while claiming not to have received your returned item. Very disappointed!

I signed up for Openfit 1 1/2 months before they merged into beachbody. I had no idea this merge was occurring. I contacting customer support to receive a refund since I was already paying in full for a beachbody subscription essentially meaning i had paid twice for the same service. The first representative just kept repeating the refund policy over and over and stating it was not within their power to issue me a refund. They transferred me to the Escalations team where I "conveniently" got disconnected multiple times. I understand that their typical refund policy states refunds are not applicable past a certain amount of time. However, this is an extraneous circumstance. I didn't just change my mind about the service past an acceptable time frame. Their business merged into another one essentially rendering 11 months of my subscription useless. I'm very disappointed in this policy that is "unable" to rectify problems from their side. And I am especially disappointed in the terrible customer service given. I will not be continuing services.

I absolutely love Beachbody!!!! the reason behind my low rating is because my current coach sucks and doesn't communicate with me in anyway. I asked if I could change coach's and they said no I'd have to drop down to a customer paying full price on the products I already can't afford for 6 MONTHS before I can be a preferred customer under a new coach. I can't believe you don't have this option for people like me who need someone so desperately to help them active their goals. this need to be an option please 🥺 CHANGE YOUR POLICY BEACHBODY! it will definitely make a difference I swear.
