DO NOT JOIN
This company does not warn you that it is time to renew your membership and charge you without ever letting you know or getting your authorization. When you try to rectify it and get your money back after cancelling within hours or being charged, they send you generic AI responses outlining their rules. You escalate it and get a generic response, you ask for a supervisor and no one even acknowledges it and they never get you to one. You write a review and the response is guess what, a generic automated response. Don’t ever join this company, they weasel their way to be able to take your money without permission than refuse to do anything about it. I want a refund for the charge I never authorized and the service I cancelled immediately

Super dodgy business
Do not sign up for any subscriptions and absolutely do not sign up for membership. They deliberately make terms and info confusing and will not issue refunds. You will be locked in and fleeced!

It's a shame that they have such shady…
It's a shame that they have such shady business practices. The workouts are amazing and truly life changing, but their scammy behavior like signing you up for shake subscriptions without your knowledge and then making you go through a 10 day review process to fix the issue is ridiculous.

Hidden Charges Be carfull
Bodi the app is great I thought they were a better company. This was very deceptive sales. They signed me up for a shake subscription . I did not sign up for this for this shake. I only thought I was signing up for the workouts. The free gifts were nice. I am disappointed in your company You must have put this in the fine print somewhere. The only reason I am not returning this is because my wife likes it and I do not have time to mess around with this. DO NOT SEND ANY MORE. If there are anymore hidden charges, we will have a problem. Continue to bill even after being notified by email and their own form to stop charging.
My ex-wife used to use BeachBody and paid with my debit card. She no longer lives in the country and I do not have the means to contact her. I provided the email address the account that was used to setup and asked that the current billing payment plan be removed, bc it is my bank account and bot hers. I also made a point to inform them that any future charges to my bank account will he considered fraudulent. Their response was they emailed the account I provided. That’s great Capt Obvious. If you would have read my response, you would have seen that I said I do not have access to that email nor the bead body account. Terrible customer service. They would rather opt to fraudulently charge accounts even after being notified to remove that bank account.

Horrible customer service and after…
Horrible customer service and after cancelling twice, (never sent a cancel confirmation- so watch that trick) they refused to refund because I did not have this confirmation.
