I absolutely love my new sectional. The guys that delivered it were the best. The only thing was the high delivery charge. But all i all pleased.

We have always purchased our furniture through a different furniture store, so this was our first time purchasing from Bob Mills. Everything went fantastic from the very start! We found exactly what we were wanting and were able to purchase online. Three days later my couch and recliners were sitting pretty in my living room. The delivery guys were super nice and were very careful with the furniture! The whole process was fast and easy! Bob Mills is definitely my go-to now!!

We loved our experience! From the moment we purchased our piece of furniture Bob Mills kept in touch. They contacted us the same day and scheduled delivery that same week (two days later). The men who delivered the furniture arrived early, were friendly, professional, careful and helpful. We will definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a living room set. I ordered online. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The online ordering was easy. After ordering, immediately someone called to check on things and schedule delivery. The delivery was professional, prompt, (you can track your shipment), and efficient. The delivery drivers were friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Super easy process. Ordered online during the weekend and got feedback very soon after about the delivery process. Wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone until Monday so that was a pleasant surprise. Then they gave us a window of delivery time but on the day it narrowed it down even more and was able to track the driver to see how close he was and how many more deliveries before us. Very good communication and the respect of our time was greatly appreciated.
