We had a great experience with our online purchase. They worked with us on the delivery holding it for a few days until we had some carpet installed. They kept us VERY informed on delivery day with emails and text messages.

Buyer beware of the Smart Buy insurance. Even if you don't use it in the 4-year period for whatever you buy, the "insurance" is only refundable as a store credit. So they get to keep your money hostage for a year, then they flat out take it.

Our "In-Store Credit" when you don't have any claims is explained in the contract agreement signed by the consumer.

This was the first time to get furniture from Bob Mills. It was delivered as scheduled and kept us updated as to where they were. The delivery guys were very polite and professional. I will definitely use Bob Mills in the future. Also the lift chair we ordered is good quality. We did it online and they made it so easy. Thank you!
